Refund policy
All orders are made to order. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the next business day that the order was placed. We ask that a 'Cancellation Request' be provided to us in writing (via email) for the accuracy of our records. Send email to ricky@fountaindesignstudio.com.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once we have ordered the items or materials. Custom orders are made specifically for you, the customer, per your specifications (size, shape, colors). Thus, once a custom order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, refused or returned as we cannot resell customized items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/Exchanges
IF a return is accepted, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17366 Hidden Lake Way, Northville, Michiagn US 48168.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
